NEW TICA GRAND CHAMPION!!
October 26, 2009
Huge CONGRATULATIONS and THANKS!! to Simona at Elonadolls Ragdolls!
Simona took her beautiful Blue Bicolor girl 'Lionsroyale Blossom' out to the TICA show in Austria and she was awarded 4 Finals and is now a TICA GRAND Champion!!
This is just a huge accomplishment and we thank you Simona for this wonderful honor. We are very, very proud of Blossom and are so happy that Simona took her back out to the show hall.
Blossom is the first TICA Grand Champion kitty born at Lions Royale Cattery!
We look forward to many more.
I have managed to put my back out so I'm up working on updating my site when I should be, and would like to be, sleeping. You will find new photos on the kitten page. Not too many kittens available for pet right now. We have some show/breeder prospects being evaluated.
** Upcoming litter: Champion Feather (Blue lynx point mitted) is definitely pregnant by Buzzby (Chocolate lynx point mitted) and is due mid November. ** This should be good news for those anxiously awaiting babies.
My two beautiful girls Stella and Gwendolyn will be flying home to Europe on Tuesday. They will travel together but be at separate catteries. I will miss them VERY much. These two girls are the absolute sweetest Ragdolls. It's been such a joy to have known and loved them.
Cadbury went to his new pet home this weekend. I know his new mom is going to just absolutely adore him. He's such a lovebug and lap cat. We now only have Buzzby as stud and he's quite happy about that. haha Springtime should yield several litters of beautiful CHOCOLATE RAGDOLL babies for us and possibly LILAC as well.

More Show News from Lions Royale!!
October 21, 2009
It's been a busy weekend for two of Lions Royale Ragdoll kitties!
Lionsroyale Penelope of Daisydolls in Hungary (www.daisydolls.hu) was back in the show hall. She is a seal colorpoint and did very well and was a great ambassador of the breed. She only needs one more certificate for her championship in TICA! Congratulations Hajni for your success with all your beautiful Ragdolls. I will post photos from the show soon!
Lionsroyale Despina of Roncadello Ragdolls in Italy (www.roncadelloragdolls.com ) visited her first show in Torino just weeks after arriving in Italy! Despina is just a kitten of 5.5 months. She is seal torbie bicolor and she was awarded BEST Lynx Ragdoll kitten in a speical Ragdoll ring! Another feature at this show was the All breed Bicolor competition. Irina reports that the judge gathered the top 10 ALL BREED Bicolor cats in show and Despina was awarded 4th best out of all breeds!! What an amazing feat for a young kitten!! I am thrilled at this good report and look forward to more exciting news as Despina continues her show career in Italy.
Lots of show photos from both of these beautiful girls will be posted soon!
Things have been crazy busy here at Lions Royale. I have business overseas next month and will most likely be flying to Budapest Hungary late in November. I know several people there that I have only spoken to through email for years. It would be really nice if I was able to get together with some while I'm there. It won't be a long trip though, just very brief. More news on that later.
Kitten pics will be updated in the next few days.

Congratulations to Anne of Cajun Ragdolls (www.cajunragdolls.com) in Louisiana for her new CFA CHAMPION "Lionsroyale Cheyenne of Cajun Ragdolls!!".
Cheyenne can be found on our Show Cats page and of course on Annes website. Check it out! She's a beautiful Seal lynx point girl from Champion Lola and Buzzby.
Cheyenne will be hitting the TICA show halls this fall to work on her next championship.
Anne is organizing three shows to raise money for FIP research with Dr Pederson. Watch for more news on those developments. If you want to be a part of the fundraising effort why not bid on some great items in the SOCK FIP auctions! It's ending Oct 12th so get your bid in today: http://www.fipauction.org/PageOne.html
A new Lionsroyale baby may head to live with Anne and family soon. Sure to be spoiled, just as all of Annes Ragdolls are.
Lionsroyale Despina, a gorgeous Seal Torbie Bicolor, has flown to Italy to Roncadello Ragdolls. She will be entering the World Show this month!! Thanks Irina for adopting our beautiful girl and for getting her started so soon in the shows! We wish you all the best and can hardly wait for news on Despinas show career. More details will be on the Show Cats page shortly.
Thanks to everyone who has expressed interest in our retiring ladies. Rosie is headed to her new home this week and there are lots of offers to adopt Charlotte.
I have tons of new kitten pictures to post. I just need a few hours in the day!

Changes at Lions Royale
October 3, 2009
There has been quite a few topsy turvy events here at Lions Royale!
Some exciting news for us. After 15 years without taking time away for ourselves, my husband and I will be heading south for two weeks this winter. From the end of January till the middle of February.
That would mean a lot of work for someone who will be house sitting for me!
So....in view of that, we've decided that it would be best to downsize quite a bit before our vacation.
It's been a tremendously difficult decision but we have allowed quite a few of our cherished Ragdolls to go to new homes.
Cadbury will be a beloved pet in Toronto.
Stella is flying to Europe
Lola is going to live with a dear friend in Quebec at Chiffondolls Cattery.
Rosie is available as a pet
Charlotte will be available as a pet in January
Since I will only have Buzzby for a stud cat right now, I will make Gwendolyn available to a small cattery as well. She is Buzzby's daughter. Gwen is a Lilac Lynx Point Mitted. Nice big girl with the perfect personality. Excellent mommy too. Her first litter of 6 babies is amazing.
That will allow me to keep Annie-bella (Lilac Point), Cookie (Chocolate point), Clarabelle (Seal Point chocolate carrier), Ziva (Blue Tortie Point) and Champion Feather (Blue Lynx Point mitted).
It's been a tremendously difficult thing to do but we really need to get away for a change of pace so that we can return with renewed vigor and dedication.
I know this will be a huge surprise to many who know me! Especially since Cadbury, Lola and Stella are three of my most cherished kitties. It means a lot to me that they will be cared for and loved in their new homes just as they were here.
